Hello, my name is Loïc. I have been practicing information system compliance as an Assistant CISO for 3 years, and before that, I was practicing GDPR compliance. And before that? I come from a technical background, as I was a Security Network Engineer specializing in access management (firewalls, to be precise).

To be relevant in my work, I obtained an ISO 27001 Auditor certification in 2020, which has served me well since. And this year, I was certified by HS2 on ISO 27005 in risk analysis.

Well, that's already a good list, but I have many other assets up my sleeve. Now that standards (ISO, SecNumCloud, NIS2, etc.) integrate GDPR aspects, my experience is valued.

At the same time, I practice helping relationships in professional and personal spheres. As a result, I have many qualities related to my practice: active listening, patience, adaptability, kindness, understanding. I even manage to be funny from time to time. Why talk about this?

For me, information security compliance is primarily a matter of men and women. If we have the human qualities to convince and prevent obstacles to change, then the friction of compliance will be minimal. After all, what differentiates a good consultant from a bad one is not the technical aspect but the relational one.

I really enjoy human relationships as well as data security issues, so I am relevant, aren't I?
