In this context, the NEX'US/Linky division called on my services to coach them in the implementation of the model, taking into account their specificities: dual business/DSI membership, large size and complexity of the organization, parallel reorganization, criticality of the Linky program for the company, etc.
- Participation in the evolution of the Enedis scaled Agile framework derived from SAFe:work on the governance layers and on the simplification of mandatory agile practices for better consideration of local specifications while ensuring overall coherence
- Implementation of a lean change iterative approach to the agile transformation of the NEX'US/Linky division (≃ 1000 people):prioritization and launch of experiments, involvement of the division's management in short iterations, kanban monitoring of the transformation's progress.
- Supporting the division's management in the construction of its transformation strategy and the definition of its organization:transformation canvas, roadmap, reflections on the division of the division into coherent solutions (in the SAFe sense), implementation of the Enedis model at the division level, organizational note, etc.
