Currently at the DGNSI of the State of Vaud, I work as a junior network administrator. My role mainly consists of participating in the deployment and commissioning of Cisco network equipment, particularly switches, in various state departments.

I also handle network expansion and creation, switch installation and addition, as well as technical monitoring of equipment in production. A significant part of my work also involves maintaining the network infrastructure, troubleshooting encountered problems, documenting interventions, and ensuring good service continuity.

This position allows me to strengthen my skills in network infrastructure, Cisco environments, critical equipment management, and field technical support, while working in a structured and demanding professional environment.

CFC computer scientist specializing in networks, IT support, websites, and AI automation, I assist SMEs, associations, and freelancers in implementing simple, reliable, and well-documented IT solutions: website creation, support, backups, monitoring, n8n, AI, infrastructure, and basic security.

During my 4-year apprenticeship at the DGNSI of the State of Vaud, I developed solid skills in IT infrastructure, networking, user support, and technical operations.

I participated in the installation and configuration of L2/L3 network equipment, particularly in Cisco environments. I also worked on implementing monitoring tools, such as Cisco ThousandEyes as part of my TPI, to supervise and analyze network service availability.

During my apprenticeship, I also set up virtualization environments with Proxmox and Proxmox Backup, accompanied by clear technical documentation to facilitate operations and maintenance.

A significant part of my experience was also related to user support, incident resolution, creation of technical procedures, and operational documentation. This training allowed me to gain a good understanding of how a professional IT infrastructure works, while developing my autonomy, rigor, and sense of service.
