As a technical IT salesperson at TEKLYNX, I specialize in promoting and selling our label printing software solutions, with a particular focus on our flagship product, CodeSoft, as well as our Software Development Kit (SDK).

My mission is to understand the specific needs of companies in terms of labeling process integration and optimization, in order to offer them tailor-made solutions that integrate seamlessly with their existing systems (ERP, WMS, LIMS, etc.). Thanks to our SDK, we offer a flexible and high-performance solution that allows for smooth integration of label printing into custom applications, while ensuring high-quality results and reducing development costs.

I work closely with our clients to support them in implementing innovative solutions, and I ensure that they meet their performance and efficiency objectives.

- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers (GLPI, VMware vSphere, WSUS, Veam, Print Server, etc.).

- Development and maintenance of technical environments.

- Management of system incidents, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and corrective actions.

- Administration of systems and networks (AD, Windows environment, CISCO switches, etc.).

- Measurement and maintenance of network performance and security in operational conditions.

- Supervision and troubleshooting of systems and applications.

- Management of information system security.

- Creation and management of user rights for 0365, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intranet, Azure, OVH.

- Management of network infrastructure and servers: Vshepre ESXI, CISCO, ARUBA, DFS, IDRAC, Reverse PROXY.

- Backup and recovery management with Veam Backup.

- Management of security and software updates: GPO & script deployment, Firewall, VLAN.

- User support: Implementation of GLPI upon my arrival in the company.

- Documentation of procedures and SharePoint, Confluence operational guides.

- Monitoring: ZABBIX, CATO VPN.
