***Assisting client administrators in their daily use of Talentsoft, by providing answers tailored to their needs;***Ensuring optimal use of the solution by regularly sharing tips and best practices with clients;***Leading follow-up committees to present action plans and deadlines for resolving issues;***Leading workshops internally and with clients on specific topics.***Supporting clients in deploying new features (configuration, functional testing, and delivery);

*** Development of the social report, BDES, and the Gender Equality Index.***Participation in writing the specifications and unit test cases.***Management of payroll tickets for France (qualification, processing requests, and monitoring).***Management of access on the HR Access tool.***Execution of functional tests related to administration, payroll, and time management.

**Participation in the development of a job grading system: classification, consistency reviews, procedures, communication;**Preparation of annual salary review campaigns.**Conducting ad-hoc studies as needed and internal/external benchmarks.**Producing reports and dashboards for the social report, BDES, and the Gender Equality H/F Index.
