After 15 years of professional experience, I now realize myself as an independent professional around 3 axes:

- Supporting SMEs/VSEs leaders in managing their performance, or in interim management positions as General Manager or Business Unit Manager;

- Professional training (short courses): I provide Qualiopi-certified training, eligible for funding via CPF, OPCO, or other continuing education funding schemes, particularly on the following topics:

My dual legal and managerial expertise, reinforced by a Master 2 in Strategic and Legal Management of Companies and a Specialized Master's in Financial Management and Control, has allowed me to deeply understand the complex challenges of organizations: whether it's structuring a strategy, optimizing financial resources, or managing change. Indeed, I have faced challenges related to LBOs, performance management, and structuring for high growth. My last two positions were within a structure less than 2 years old, and the other was built "from scratch," so I am accustomed to balancing the demands of rigorous financial management with the necessity of rapid business development. My approach is both analytical, thanks to my technical skills in management and strategy, and human, thanks to my professional coaching training; this allows me to easily identify growth levers, develop manager leadership, and navigate effectively in uncertain environments.
