Hello to you who are discovering my profile!

As you may have seen, I am first and foremost a professional actress, passionate about my profession, which I have had the chance to practice for five years now.

Before turning professional, I completed two theater training courses: first at Cours Florent, where I discovered improvisation, then at the École Supérieure d’Art Dramatique de Saint-Etienne, where I obtained my State Diploma as a professional actress (DNSPC).

For over ten years, improvisation has held a central place in my artistic practice. It is a tool that I use daily, both on stage and in creative processes, and whose power and philosophy I have gradually come to appreciate.

I would even say that it is the theatrical practice that has brought me the most, not only in my profession but also in my daily life.

This realization led me to imagine and propose different workshop formats. Initially intended for actors.

Today, I wish to open them to a wider audience, particularly schools and companies.

Indeed, improvisation is a wonderful way to strengthen group cohesion, encourage listening and public speaking, develop creativity, and address stress management as well as failure management.

For each workshop, it is essential for me to define the group's needs and objectives with the organizer beforehand. This allows me to create tailor-made sessions adapted to the group.
