A designer for 10 years, I use user-centered methodologies. My goal is to understand the existing situation, expectations, challenges, and motivations, in order to co-design solutions with users, test and adapt them, and then implement them.

My experience allows me to manage a project from brief to deliverable, guide a team of designers throughout the project, and facilitate collaboration with various stakeholders. I don't consider myself an expert but rather a facilitator. I listen, observe, and analyze where the blockages are and where they come from, I synthesize and visualize. What my clients appreciate most is my analytical and synthesis skills and the fact that I help them to take a step back. My colleagues appreciate the clarity I bring to a project or process and the good mood within the team.
