Doing a job that suits you is good, but knowing how to delegate, ease up, let go, is essential.

That is why I want to be the person who will prevent you from approaching burnout, who will support you so that you are not overloaded and can fully practice your core business.

For 4 and a half years, I had the honor of working in a fascinating, very interesting, beneficial, and enriching environment, but also sometimes extremely difficult physically and mentally.

I wanted to start with versatility and the immense curiosity of the diversity of services and care.

My goal was to be in a service that allowed me to practice technical care, with a greater ability to assist the nurse in her care. So I found my immense happiness in intensive care, constant teamwork because the workload requires it.

This job offers a lot. Because care and good management are our priority, when it is returned to us, we realize the happiness of being there, despite everything.

Despite all the uncounted overtime, because there is a soul in front of us who needs us. Despite all these night shifts living out of sync with society. Despite all these missed weekends and holidays surrounded by others. Despite the very shaky appreciation of the profession.

I decided to perceive burnout differently.

Take a step back and reach out to these people. Because administrative tasks are just a burden for the proper practice of care and the time spent with those who need it, regardless of the sector of activity, mental relief is essential.

During my caregiver training, I was able to complete multiple very enriching internships. Whether with psychological pathologies, complete care in surgery or in the heart of infectious and tropical diseases during the COVID period. All these experiences have brought me a lot and allowed me to find the technique in the care that I wished to deepen after obtaining my diploma.
