- Month-end close and finance operations: I streamline and automate close, reconciliations, and reporting, and have cut month-end close time by over 75%.

- Technical accounting and ERP: revenue recognition, controls, audit and IPO readiness, and hands-on ERP implementation and optimization (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, Xero). I led a company through its first Big 4 audit and rebuilt its ERP.

- Executive partnering: I have owned commercial finance across a 775M EUR budget as a Finance Business Partner to a CRO, and I speak the language of founders, boards, lenders, and auditors.
