    As Tenant Manager at Cushman & Wakefield, I ensure that all facility and technical activities are picked up and carried out in the buildings that we manage on behalf of our clients. I ensure that reports and questions from tenants are handled quickly and efficiently, mainly via e-mail and telephone contact. Based on the reports, I determine what needs to be done, such as giving assignments to maintenance parties for repairs or answering questions about lease agreements and rent invoices.
