About Liza

Franco-American, I worked in Japan for several years. First at the economic mission in Osaka, then for a Japanese e-commerce site (like Decathlon).

After returning to France, I worked as a SEA consultant with a focus on the Japanese market. Since 2014, I have been running intercultural seminars throughout France. The formats vary: half-day, full-day. Personalized coaching or group workshops. I am very familiar with the issues faced by non-Japanese people when working with Japanese people.

With an approach that is both structured and highly participatory and non-dogmatic, I encourage the people I train to question their own cultural patterns and to become aware of the cultural traits of the Japanese professional world. Topics covered include, among others, notions of group, hierarchy, conflict resolution, and etiquette to avoid any missteps in Franco-Japanese exchanges.

I can offer you two types of collaboration:

1) Group Training / Individual Coaching in Interculturalism
I am flexible on the modalities and can offer my services in more relaxed formats, such as breakfast workshops. Do not hesitate to contact me to discuss it.

2) Advice on the Japanese market in the digital field
Extensive knowledge of the market, its players, and its specificities. I can also conduct specific research on the Japanese market (upon request).
