Lisa Maenhout

My name is Lisa Maenhout and I have been active in the fascinating world of HR and recruitment since 2017. My career started in the temping sector, where I progressed from temping consultant to office manager. During five years, I gained broad experience in matching talent with companies, guiding candidates, and supporting clients.

In 2022, I started working as a project consultant, where I provided temporary support to companies in their HR needs: recruitment, employer branding, and HR administration. These diverse projects taught me to switch gears quickly, delve into different sectors, and find the right approach time and again.

In October 2023, I decided to take the leap into self-employment and founded Quality Human Resources. In this role, I help companies in their search for the right people, always with a strong focus on quality and humanity. Making the right match between candidate and company – that is what I strive for every day.

In addition to recruitment, I also support companies with employer branding, drafting employment regulations, training, and payroll. Whether it's recruiting technicians, administrative profiles, or healthcare providers – I offer a personal and results-oriented approach.
