Internationally experienced leadership development solutions provider, including executive coaching, team coaching, facilitation, training and program design. I have worked with many top ranked executive education providers in corporate, government, and non-profit clients in more than 30 countries.

Following her engagement in 2019 with the GCSP's Inspiring Women Leaders programs --facilitating and coaching two cohorts in Kosovo and facilitating and providing training-of-trainers for the Inspiring African Women Leaders program at the behest of the Kofi Annan International Peace Training Center in Ghana—Lisa was offered a fellowship sponsored by the US Mission to the UN in Geneva for the purpose of advancing the WPS agenda. During this period she has collaborated with different peace and security experts, bringing in her perspective and expertise in leadership development to different initiatives: developing support materials for a Women in Peace and Security mentoring program; designing discussion guides for peer to peer coaching around topics such as building trust, promoting inclusion and diversity, or holding courageous conversations; facilitating in leadership development programs for participants engaged in peace operations and peace keeping; and a short webcast series exploring different perspectives of the progress and gaps of realizing UNSCR 1325 since its passage 20 years ago.

As of this business school Lisa lead an important transition in the MBA and Executive MBA programs: growth from a total enrollment of 80 to 190 participants, attracting international students from almost 20 countries, designing a process-driven curriculum to replace a functional area based curriculum, and laying the groundwork for EFMD and AMBA accreditations. As she imparted skills training (including leadership, negotiation, time management, interpersonal communication, public speaking, creativity, team-building and coaching) in Master, MBA and in-company programs. Methodologies include lecture, discussion, workshop and outdoor training type activities.
