Lead designer on the launch of the new B2B learning platform and the public website for BoxPlay, focused on communication quotient, a fundamental learning series based on active listening, critical thinking, and negotiation.

With the team, we carried out the complete design, covering UX research, interface design, content creation, and a responsive and scalable design system on Figma. Working in design sprints, we translated complex communication concepts into accessible and fun learning experiences. Each course has its own visual language, mixing illustrations, photographs, and animations.

Joining the team as lead designer in June 2020, I worked closely with an all-female team of UX designers, data analysts, nutritionists, and developers to continuously improve the overall user experience.

Over the past six years, the product has evolved from an MVP to a multifunctional platform. I led the design and rollout of core features, including integrated programs, wearable device integration, partner mode, and a built-in map functionality.
