Responsible for managing my clients' online communication, my role involves creating and publishing content on social media and other online channels, managing the online community, and working closely with other communication professionals to ensure the consistency of the company's overall communication strategy.

I am also available to respond quickly to customer comments and messages, while remaining flexible in terms of working hours to ensure real-time management of online communication.

I held the position of Sales and Communication Assistant for 2 years at De Filippis as part of my second year of BTS MCO and my third year of Bachelor in Marketing & Development.

During this work-study program, I was able to acquire new skills in a commercial environment. I was thus able to enter the world of communication, which made me want to specialize in this sector.
