Within the Decision Support - Analysis, Steering, and Geomarketing department:

- Gather requirements, prioritize them, and study the opportunity and feasibility of implementing new reporting based on SRC needs.

- Develop the necessary new reporting.

- Optimize and improve existing reporting in line with current events.

- Ensure the SRC teams update existing reporting necessary for their activities.

- Participation in the Profiling campaign and its implementation: creating samples, validating data analyses, and qualifying resulting profile sets, while being an integral stakeholder in internal and external deployment with the objective of acceptability and validation by our external stakeholders.

- Feedback and reports on conducted data analyses.

- Updating tools/queries and associated traceability.

- Documentation for internal deployment (ensuring the long-term reliability of the process).

- Support for launches to be carried out, assistance with business analyses + reports on analyses.

Within the transverse operational steering team, I managed the following projects in Agile Scrum:

- Creation of a competitive intelligence tool to optimize the occupancy rate of rental vehicles (Scoping, specifications, planning):

- Identification of data to be collected.

- Collection (via API) and processing of said data (setting up the Datamart).

- Data analysis and reporting setup (Key Indicators).

- Distribution of reporting leading to decision-making.

- Setting up reporting for car fleet management using VBA.
