Since 2021, I have been designing and developing Sucrine Club, a SaaS platform enabling farmers and producers to manage the sale of their short-cycle products.

As the sole technical profile on the project, I am involved in the entire product cycle: functional design, UX/UI design, mobile and web development, backend architecture, infrastructure, deployment, and usage analysis.

The platform has supported hundreds of producers in their digitalization and has been used by tens of thousands of unique buyers. I also implemented a product approach based on the analysis of field usage to prioritize the roadmap according to the actual value provided to users.

At M-Cube France, I held the role of Lead Developer within a team of 5 people, dedicated to the development of a CMS platform for distributing video, audio, and application content in store environments, offices, and multi-site networks.
