I have 15 years of experience in Corporate Finance, in both SMEs and large groups, in management control, accounting, treasury, and as Administrative and Financial Director. My guiding principle is to constantly gain productivity. This is achieved notably through mastering company data.

To date, I primarily work as a subcontractor for integrators on CEGID XRP Flex, managing projects for Finance, Distribution, Production Management, Business, Fixed Assets, CRB, and ESKER modules. I am capable of deploying Customization projects, including with code for basic issues. I also assist clients with configuring APIs linked to XRP Flex.

I can also be involved in interim management, process improvement assignments, or as a trainer.

Regarding process improvement:

-I address the shortcomings of the company's information systems, with a much faster turnaround time than through your editor and often at a more reasonable cost:

-Implementation of automated and customized management and steering reports (Business Intelligence)

-Implementation of automated and customized reports for the operational needs of all administrative departments

-Implementation of reports to identify anomalies to reduce the risk of poor quality

-Creation of custom software for specific needs:

-Workflow: for example, dematerialization of invoice validation

-Calculations: for example, software to automate quote generation.
