When managing projects or missions, I rely on expertise (both internal and external). My years of experience, as well as numerous tools such as the Prince2 project method, my ITIL expertise, as well as NLP and systemic coaching, provide me with many keys to motivate and create cohesion among the different stakeholders to successfully complete the project together.

My master's degree (2009) RPSI "Dev" and my "Ops" background, primarily focused on IT service production, allow me to bridge the gap between these two worlds (often a source of misunderstanding).

My role as unit manager and my IT transition missions have led me to pay particular attention to customer satisfaction, and consequently to the quality of SLAs and the delivered service. It's important to consider the on-the-ground reality and maintain trusting relationships with both internal and external partners.
