For many years, at clients from various backgrounds, I have provided a range of services related to software quality:

- Identify needs;

- Define requirements and objectives;

- Advise on the implementation of methods and tools to industrialize acceptance testing;

- Raise awareness and train stakeholders;

- Support and sustain testing projects (Agile, V-Model).

- Analyze business needs and translate them into processes, graphs, and documents to meet their requirements

I manage projects, or programs of several projects, for which managers, project managers, and program directors ask me to intervene to assist them in implementing methods, training, and tools that allow different projects to advance in testing, documentation, test strategies, test plans, acceptance tests, user stories, test monitoring, and performance indicator extraction. Implementation for execution and monitoring, KPI or progress reporting to aid in the decision to go to production.

- Project audit and monitoring: Test assessments will allow each project to know its status and make decisions to move forward optimally.

I am cross-functional and have SI Business Analyst skills. I quickly adapt to business functionalities that do not appear on my profile. I rapidly acquire skills in the unknown, which helps me get closer to end-user needs to satisfy them better. I am open-minded, communicative, and love solving complex problems.
