E-fitbackis a medical device intended for healthcare facilities, aiming to simplify the patient journey and improve their conditions. E-fitback offers multiple functionalities, such as pre-admission management, pre-operative care, as well as medical follow-up during the post-operative period.

Team of 3 to 6 people, Agile Scrum organization.

- Joined the development team to explore a complex and highly regulated business sector, adhering to product quality and reliability requirements to minimize patient risks.

- Ensured the delivery of a technically ambitious version, under development for 2 years and having experienced significant turnover.

- Analyzed the project's technical architecture to ensure its maintenance while integrating new features.

- Monitored production indicators and responded to level 2 and 3 support requests, in collaboration with project managers.

- Supervised and supported interns and apprentices in learning object-oriented programming best practices.

- Analysis and resolution of technical problems, repeated reverse engineering to reconstruct a lost operational knowledge base (turnover).

PortalMX is an integration platform designed to facilitate the interconnection of disparate systems in the world of E-Commerce and Retail.

I had to rejoin the development team on the PortalMX project, to observe and assess the code quality, the practices used, and the proper adherence to the architecture put in place during my previous assignment (2013-2016).

Following this observation phase, I took over the Lead Tech role, working directly with the Product Owner to upgrade the project and train the current team in best practices: (TDD, CodeReviews, Git strategy, and implementation of AzureDevops to improve the quality and traceability of deliverables, creation of Monitoring solutions via Azure Monitor...)

I managed the migration of legacy code from .Net Framework 4.6 to .Net Core 6 (from estimation to deployment).

I also had to prototype solutions for improving the architecture to give the platform an "event-driven" dimension, using Azure technologies such as EventGrid and Azure Functions.

Finally, I participated in candidate selection processes to ensure the continuity of the development team on this project, in compliance with the new best practices implemented.

Within a technophile, Agile, and dynamic team, I was able to support and be a driving force in the development of a library for implementing business logic problems following the principles of "Domain Driven Design" (DDD), "Command and Query Segregation Principle" (CQRS), and Event Sourcing.

My main role was to explore a lot of literature on these subjects and ensure practical application of these principles.
