As part of strengthening measures against money laundering and terrorist financing (AML/CFT), BNP initiated a project to migrate the Actimize SAM solution (from version 8 to version 9). This migration takes place in a multi-regional context (Europe, LATAM, APAC), with a progressive deployment in waves, to minimize risks and ensure optimal operational continuity for sensitive Cash Management and Correspondent Banking activities. The project's objective is to perform an "as-is" migration, meaning to replicate all existing functionalities identically (workflows, detection rules, scoring, alert scenarios, etc.).

In parallel, and in response to a business request, Dashboards were implemented to visualize alert volumes by regional scope, typology, performance indicator, and user level. The project is managed in close collaboration with:

• The publisher (Actimize / NICE)

• IT teams (development, architecture, integration)

• Business units (Compliance)

• QA teams

Main tasks:

• Coordination between stakeholders

• Supervision of testing teams: assignment of test batches, progress tracking, methodological support

• Preparation and execution of non-regression tests (SAM8 vs SAM9 comparison), sanity checks, and functional validation

• Analysis and investigation of functional discrepancies reported during testing, coordinating corrections with developers

• Implementation of Tableau dashboards integrated with Actimize,

• Integration of display rules: dynamic filters, restricted access based on user role, business KPIs

• User support (UAT)

Analysis of post go-live incidents in Europe.

Business knowledge: AML / CFT on Cash Management, Correspondent Banking

Project: Migration of Tradea (Excel/Access) to the OSAM application for BDDF, PRIVFRA, Monaco, and Crédit du Nord entities.

The solution allows for automated alert generation based on regulatory scenarios. The project's objective was to move from a manual, fragile, and poorly scalable solution (TRADEA) to an in-house developed solution (OSAM), in order to further industrialize alert generation with a more user-friendly interface.

• Gathering business needs through workshops

• Writing User Stories with acceptance criteria on Jira based on prioritization provided by the PO

• Working in close collaboration with the PO to maintain a coherent and complete backlog through sprint planning

• Presenting User Stories to the Dev team during Grooming sessions

During the assignment, there was also a part of support and application maintenance on Mint, which is a data lake that collects data flows (client order books, client data, market data, tax data).

As part of modernizing its business tools, the Qualiconsult group undertook the evolution of its internal application GAIA, used for managing quotes, contracts, and interventions in the construction and real estate sector. The project aimed to automate the billing cycle through a module compliant with current standards (electronic invoicing, legal archiving), streamline contract management, and enhance document traceability by implementing an integrated Electronic Document Management (EDM) system.

Tasks performed:

• Gathering and analyzing business needs from key business users

• Facilitating workshops to formalize needs related to document management: storage, versioning, role-based access, legal archiving.

• Scoping and participating in the implementation of an EDM integrated with GAIA to centralize documents related to contracts, quotes, and certificates.

• Defining business rules for automatic billing (schedule, trigger, legal standards like Factur-X / NF203 archiving).

• Designing document processing and client contracting workflows.

• Setting up and functionally validating RESTful APIs with third-party systems (accounting, EDM) using Postman.

• Creating functional test scenarios (manual, regression) and tracking anomalies in Squash.

• Monitoring developments in coordination with developers.

• Participating in Agile SCRUM ceremonies and user demos.
