With a background in project management and agility, I have spent several years supporting public and private organizations, leadership teams, managers, as well as students and entrepreneurs, on topics of transformation, cooperation, posture, and decision-making.

My approach is resolutely pragmatic and human-centered: creating useful dialogue spaces, facilitating collective intelligence, bringing meaning back into action, and helping individuals and teams navigate change with clarity and commitment.

I work in workshop and seminar facilitation, strategic support, training, and change management, with a particular focus on aligning vision, practices, and on-the-ground realities.
