Who I am?

Founder of L’Accent Croissant, I am an instructional designer specializing in the design of tailor-made training for companies and organizations. My goal: to make each training course effective, engaging, and directly applicable.

What I do:

Needs assessment to define objectives and skills to develop.

Design and development of personalized pedagogical pathways using the ADDIE method (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation).

Integration of gamification and interactive content (quizzes, videos, simulations, badges) to increase learner engagement.

Creation of multimedia supports and e-learning modules adapted to different audiences.

Pedagogical consulting to optimize the effectiveness of training programs and improve the learner experience.

Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), Genially, Canva, PowerPoint, Trello, Digiforma, Zoom, Microsoft Teams.
