Restructuring and change management of governance for a company with over 35 years of activity. Lily-Ann acts as a strategic partner to the CEO.

Her role: to clarify and secure financial, legal, and social decisions in a highly operational environment.

She supports management in advance of structuring decisions, when challenges go beyond execution and require a comprehensive, reliable, and accountable perspective.

Key missions:

• Consolidation and strategic analysis of financial data

• Direct support for decision-making (financial, social, legal)

• Structuring of management tools and key performance indicators

• Clarification of regulatory frameworks specific to live performance

Environment:

500 to 1,000 performances/year – 300 to 500 intermittent artists – large-scale client and partner ecosystem - Applications for national tenders

Financial, social, and tax credit management

Management of artistic tours with 40 to 50 performances per year: contracts, concert declarations, automation.
