☀️ When I was in my twenties, I created my first business alone.
At that time, there was the boom of food trucks in France… so when I returned from Australia, with (a lot) of determination, I embarked on the adventure with a small food truck for events in the Lyon region, specializing in wedding brunches 🚚

Suffice it to say, I discovered entrepreneurship… the hands-on version 😅

👩‍💻 Very quickly, I did everything: quotes, recipes, purchasing, cooking, logistics, managing events, handling unexpected issues, communication, recruitment… and days where you never stop.

🚌 It was intense, sometimes exhausting, but incredibly formative.

And above all, that's where I understood something essential: the power of communication 📣

☀️ In less than two months, requests started to explode simply thanks to Facebook.
Weddings, events everywhere, messages arriving without me needing to prospect.

And then, I had a revelation: behind a business, there isn't just the product or service… there's especially the way you make it visible 💛

This experience marked me deeply.
