This internship allowed me to explore the role of a Community Manager. I participated in content creation for social media (Facebook and Instagram), post scheduling, and analysis of customer feedback. I understood the importance of clear, creative, and targeted communication. I also had the opportunity to create some visuals with Canva and follow the evolution of a communication strategy. This internship made me want to develop my digital communication skills.

I joined the communication department of a car dealership. My role was to assist the team in creating content for social media and internal communication. I participated in producing visuals to announce promotions or events, and observed how brand communication works in a large group. I also learned to adapt visuals to imposed brand guidelines. This internship allowed me to adapt to a fast-paced production rhythm.

This internship took place during the Wine Fair period. I worked on internal communication and the creation of visuals for social media. I designed several Facebook posts and participated in the visual organization of the event. I also carried out a creative project for welcoming new employees: the "newcomer's board." I had to demonstrate autonomy, adaptability, and responsiveness to the department's requests. This internship allowed me to improve my DTP skills and better understand the challenges of communication in mass retail.
