AI Acculturation (Artistic Direction / Creation): Overview of the ecosystem (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral), distinction between models / orchestrators, practical case of generating a poster through multi-step prompting and automatic format variation, introduction to Claude (Projects, Artifacts, connectors, scheduled tasks).

Claude Code Training applied to Web Design: Getting started with Claude Desktop (Chat / Code / Cowork), configuring CLAUDE.md memory files (global and project), installing design skills and creating a "client DA" meta-skill automating the brief → artistic direction → mockup → variation process, associated tools (Pencil, integrated browser, routines).

In-person and remote format (~7h), with deliverables: certificates, configured Claude environment, and installed skills.

Audit and redesign of a B2B order automation workflow for a dietary supplement brand distributed to pharmacies and gyms. Made reliable an initially manual flow to process a target volume of approximately 50 emails per hour. Corrected bugs in Shopify customer creation and order form parsing, separated pharmacy PDF / gym Excel flows using Gmail labels, added a Slack human-in-the-loop, and integrated Shopify / Pennylane.

Design and deployment of a B2B prospecting automation system to move from manual processing of 50 to 80 contacts per week to several hundred contacts weekly. Creation of the Spectre workflow: retrieval of business signals via Spectre API / Inspector, AI enrichment of companies and contacts, mapping Companies / People, then automatic import into Attio CRM. Sequential optimization to avoid cloud saturation, addition of a weekly summary, deliverability audit, and migration to Emlist.
