ServiceNow Technical architect for the past years both in DXC Technology and Acorio, I am now offering my services as a freelance ServiceNow technical architect and ServiceNow platform architect. I started my ServiceNow journey in 2015 and since then I have been engaged in more than 20 implementation projects. I speak fluently french (mother tongue), spanish (mother tongue too) and English (bilingual). I have been working as an architect in many ITSM implementation projects but also in Custom Application developments (2 projects), ITBM / SPM projects (2 projects) and Human Resources projects (2 projects). I am comfortable with ServiceNow integrations and LDAP or Active Directory set-ups.

Recently, I have been engaged for about 3 years as a Platform Architect, supporting Release management and Platform governance while being an escalation facilitator between the different implementation projects and implementation partners. I work from Spain but I have been mostly engaged in European and American customers on a Nearshore mode. I got my Bachelor of Science in Software Development in Ireland in 2005.
