Commercial prospecting: - Manage and develop a portfolio of prospects in line with the company's commercial action plan - Execution and monitoring of a prospecting plan and a prospect database - Conduct telephone prospecting: making contact, sending documentation, and scheduling sales appointments - Follow up and follow up with prospects Qualification of prospects: - Qualify incoming leads by identifying prospect needs and motivations - Analyze prospect profiles and identify business opportunities - Research accommodation solutions, in France or abroad, for long-term projects, in line with the client's specifications - Follow-up of loyalty: - Schedule appointments with existing clients to maintain customer relationships (quality check and sales development) and to renew contracts - Manage the client file and ensure its update Networking and representation: - Representation of hotels and building relationships with local organizations (tourism office, CDT, town hall...) - Join local professional networks - Participation in trade shows and sales missions with sales teams - Active use of digital social networks Commercial missions in other areas: - Participation in sales missions for priority hotels or those undergoing renovation Analysis and RM policy - Participation in Yield policy / analysis of competitor pricing policy - Participation and creation of activity reports: results analysis / statistics management / action reports / adaptation of actions according to the economic climate - Participation in commercial / RM meetings with establishment managers, Revenue Managers, and other local stakeholders organized by HRs Budget - Management of the budget allocated to commercial actions for the year
