Lila Aïtzegagh

DEA Architect, from the Paris Val de Seine school in 2012, self-employed since 2014, having worked alone or with various architects and local agencies, for private and public clients.

I assist clients with Building Permits, project studies and sketches, prior declarations, change of use, finding and approaching companies, for operations less than 150 m² of living space. I conceptualize and design the interior spaces of your projects, I arrange the necessary exterior spaces. I offer clear, precise architectural drawing, I emphasize the rendering by focusing on quality drawing. I generally work with plans at scales of 1/50, 1/100, 1/200. I create standard 3D models with (Archicad + Photoshop, with Sketchup). I meet the requirements of ABF (Architecte des Bâtiments de France) or Natura 2000 sites.

Based in South Ardèche, I can travel within a certain radius, otherwise, if the mission allows, I can work remotely.
