Overall management of training programs and leadership of the pedagogical team for Bubble Chill.

My role involves project management, pedagogical strategy, and supervision of Digital Learning content production.

MAIN MISSIONS:

• Management & Coordination: Supervision and facilitation of the pedagogical team (designers, subject matter experts, graphic designers). Briefing, schedule monitoring, and deliverable quality validation.

• End-to-End Project Management: Needs assessment, budget creation, production schedule definition, and stakeholder liaison.

• Engineering & Design: Definition of the macro-pedagogical strategy, creation of editorial charters, and supervision of e-learning module storyboarding and hybrid programs.

• Quality Assurance: Technical and pedagogical testing of interactive modules before their deployment on platforms.

At Absolutely French, I manage the digitalization and hybridization of French as a Foreign Language (FLE) training programs for an international audience (expats).

My role is to transform the organization's pedagogical approach into interactive, stimulating, and learner-centered digital programs.

My key achievements:

1️⃣ Pedagogical Design & Scriptwriting: Design of blended learning (hybrid) programs aligned with the CEFR, structuring of levels, and detailed storyboard writing.

2️⃣ Interactive Module Creation: Development of dynamic and playful e-learning content (gamification) to promote memory retention.

3️⃣ Visual Design & Graphics: Creation of polished graphic universes, illustrations, and visual aids to make learning FLE modern and engaging.

4️⃣ LMS Administration: Integration, configuration, and deployment of training programs, ensuring a smooth user experience (UX) for learners.
