My professional path leads through various industries, companies, and cultures – and that's precisely what shapes my work to this day. I started in a large German corporation, where I quickly learned how complex organizations function and the importance of clear processes and reliable HR structures. I then moved to the retail sector and experienced a dynamic world that demands speed, pragmatism, and operational HR expertise.

In recent years, I have worked as Head of HR for a real estate and project developer, a property management company, and an exhibition organizer. There, I built a complete HR department, including a team, from the ground up – from strategy and process landscape to operational implementation. This experience has shown me how much power is generated when HR not only reacts but also shapes.

My international experience, along with numerous stays abroad, has also taught me the value of cultural diversity for companies. I have seen how different perspectives foster innovation and how important diversity is for making teams strong and future-proof.

All these experiences flow into YES.HR today: structured like a corporation, flexible like a startup, and characterized by a deep understanding of people, culture, and sustainable growth.
