CACEIS is an international banking group offering financial services and developing execution, clearing, custody, depositary banking, and fund administration solutions for institutional investors, management companies, pension funds, private equity funds, banks, brokers, and businesses. My mission involves producing analysis, acceptance testing, and support for developments on custody flow applications, specifically Olis Convergence, following the integration of a new Broker.

• Facilitating and participating in workshops with business stakeholders

My mission involves working on the upgrade of Fusion Invest, an application for front-to-back portfolio and risk management covering all business lines at Candriam.

• Analyzing existing systems and implementing the Test Plan

As part of the Groupama & Orange joint venture, my mission involves monitoring and managing multi-channel complaints for both distributors (Groupama and Orange) and the subcontractor (OK SERVICE) within the framework of the MPO and GBH offer.

• Analyzing Orange and Groupama complaint workflows for each communication channel (chat, email, call center, mail)

• Analyzing incidents to identify average processing times per complaint type

• Recommending and standardizing the complaint process for both distributors

• Identifying quality performance indicators

• Implementing a monitoring dashboard

• Presenting weekly indicators to ORANGE department managers
