This internship taught me to observe carefully, quickly understand patients' needs, and adapt my communication to each person — key skills that I now apply in copywriting. Being in contact with complex human situations gave me a particular sensitivity to emotions, active listening, and the impact of the right words at the right time. I also learned to work under pressure, be precise, and remain clear and effective, even in emergencies: all assets that I put to use in persuasive writing.

As part of a student association, I participated in the writing and coordination of monthly newsletters for members. I learned to structure clear and attractive content, adapt the message to different audiences, and create compelling calls to action to encourage participation in events. This experience made me aware of the importance of precise and impactful language, skills that I now use in copywriting.
