With over 25 years of experience across global banks, insurers, fintechs, and consulting environments, I’ve led the development and transformation of risk, resilience, and outsourcing frameworks in alignment with key regulatory regimes including EBA, DORA, and FCA expectations. I’ve worked both as an internal leader and as a trusted external advisor, most recently supporting Bitpanda through a full rebuild of their Third Party Risk Management lifecycle.

My work sits at the intersection of regulation, operational clarity, and technological change. I’m particularly focused on how GenAI, automation, and stacked infrastructure are reshaping how firms manage third parties, perform due diligence, and remain audit-ready in increasingly complex ecosystems.
