As the founder and CEO of Worktopy, I am shaping the future of work at the intersection of strategic consulting, innovative software development, and artificial intelligence. My focus is on not only advising companies through complex transformation processes in a hybrid working world but also delivering the necessary technological tools directly.

In the area of consulting, I support organizations in mastering complex transformation processes and implementing efficient workplace strategies. I analyze existing operating models and develop roadmaps that balance employee flexibility with the company's economic goals.

The operational foundation of my work is software development. With Worktopy, we are developing a scalable platform infrastructure that makes physical workplaces digitally manageable. My technological approach is always results-oriented: I rely on modern, robust architectures that automate complex booking and management processes, thereby massively reducing administrative overhead.

A crucial differentiating factor of my current work is the integration of artificial intelligence. I implement AI-powered solutions to make data flows within the world of work usable – from predictive utilization control of office spaces to intelligent user guidance. By using AI, I ensure that Worktopy is not just a booking platform, but a smart ecosystem that proactively responds to the needs of companies and talents.

My goal is to create measurable added value through the synergy of deep business understanding, precise software architecture, and state-of-the-art AI technology, and to sustainably optimize the way we work.

In my role at elio GmbH, I was responsible for the disciplinary and technical leadership of a team of up to 40 employees. My focus was on scaling technical capacities and the strategic development of the organization. A significant milestone of my work was the establishment and implementation of the company's internal AI department. I transformed artificial intelligence from a theoretical concept into market-ready solutions by defining the strategic roadmap and leading the technological implementation.

Parallel to personnel management, I acted as Lead Developer for various business-critical projects. I was responsible for the architecture of complex software systems, ensuring that technological innovations always went hand in hand with business goals and high quality standards. This dual role allowed me to ensure operational excellence in development while also fostering a modern, agile leadership culture that places technological innovations like AI at the center of value creation.

In my role at Milch & Zucker, I focused on the technological advancement of the HR software suite Beesite, a leading solution for complex talent acquisition management. As Lead Developer, I was significantly responsible for the technical projects for strategic key accounts, including Porsche. The focus was on the conception and implementation of highly available and secure software architectures that meet the demanding requirements of a globally operating automotive group for performance and user experience.

Beyond project work, I took on a central responsibility for the company's technological foundation as a maintainer of various software packages. In this role, I managed the maintenance, quality assurance, and continuous modernization of modular code components. By standardizing these packages, I was able to sustainably increase development speed within the teams and ensure the long-term maintainability of the Beesite infrastructure. This work required a deep understanding of dependency management and software engineering best practices in an enterprise environment.
