Currently on a mission within the Governance department of the IT division of an international healthcare group, I manage the Capex/Opex budgets for the Paris headquarters and 5 foreign subsidiaries, in coordination with the main IT departments (Data, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Applications, and Architecture).

I manage budget monitoring by Projects and Run, including payroll and its capitalization, SaaS costs (IAS 38), and contractor labor costs, while analyzing the monitoring for each Project.

I am also in charge of:

- Ensuring the activity report (CRA) per employee in the time tracking system and cost allocation to projects.

- Invoicing: processing all IT supplier invoices received: matching the Purchase Order and accounting in the accounting billing system.

- P2P Implementation: participating in the implementation committee of the Ivalua P2P System for automating the reception of invoices and Purchase Orders.

- Contractor Monitoring: monthly reporting

Financial management of IT Projects for the L'Oréal France Group (Global Beauty Tech division).

Responsible for a budget of over €50 million across SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS Projects.

Support for the project roadmap by BU (worldwide), project costing, re-invoicing to countries, project budget monitoring, and validation of supplier contracts (Purchase Orders).

- Development of the annual budget and 3 forecasts per year, in partnership with business teams

- Management of IT Capex and Opex: depreciation, transfers, budget, and dedicated monitoring.

- Monthly progress presentation to the Finance Department and domain managers.

- Operational on SAP (P11 and BW), creation and management of internal orders, depreciation simulation

Management Controller for the DIOR house - Perfumes & Cosmetics.

Reporting to the CFO Brazil and the Regional Controlling Management for Latin America. Wholesale, e-retail, and retail markets.

- Responsible for the complete P&L of the unit: monthly financial analysis, inventory tracking and valuation, dashboards, capex monitoring (IT, stores, office), provision creation and control, intercompany reconciliation, and cash flow.

- Budget, Forecast, and Landing: development and coordination of the budget planning, in partnership with business teams. Presentation to the Executive Committee of Latin America in Miami-USA.

- Management of the Dior store in Latin America: dedicated P&L, stock, sales, and margin monitoring.

- Responsible for monthly and quarterly closing, and reporting to the LVMH group in Syrus, the consolidation tool.

- Analysis of variances between actuals and budget/N-1, with comments and corrective proposals to departments and management.

- Management of the Dior store in Latin America: stock, sales, and margin monitoring.

- Financial support to the BU's operational teams, as well as collaboration with teams around the world.

- Price updates. Check of Transfer Price passed by the holding, calculation of taxes and markups per customer (B2B).

- Weekly meeting with the Steering Committee to present the unit's financial performance.

- Support to the headquarters in France and the Latin America region by providing reports, forecasts, and diagnostic analysis.
