Management of dedicated client transport operations and coordination of stakeholders (client, carriers, suppliers, logistics platforms). Planning of flows via TMS (Planet, UTMS): analysis of volumes, prioritization of shipments, consolidation of delivery notes, organization of routes, and appointment scheduling. Freight forwarding monitoring and carrier coordination: management of transport orders, coordination with internal and external carriers, monitoring of service execution, and management of operational disruptions (delays, damages, non-pickups). Management and control of Proof of Delivery (POD): collection, follow-up, compliance verification, digital archiving, and preparation for invoicing. Preparation of pre-invoices, control of cost/volume/service discrepancies according to contractual agreements. Integration and control of transport orders in the TMS (EDI and manual entry), status updates, anomaly management, and operational preparation of D+1 flows.

Shipment management and customer relations: tracking of national/international orders, processing requests (quotes, information, complaints), dispute management, and order entry. Support for trucking: route planning, resource allocation, order transmission via TMS, driver reception and guidance, incident management, and return handling. Assistance with customs formalities: driver reception in transit, document control and transmission, issuance of Delivery Orders (BAE).
