With a background in Mechanical and Production Engineering, I learned the rigor of performance on high-end vehicles, where quality and reliability are not optional.

Then, to increase my production experience, I joined the growth of a start-up, having to manage the operational side of the machines and the design/reverse engineering of automotive spare parts.

Then taking on a role in developing production tools with the supervision of 3 people. Moving from a production of 30 parts/week to a production of 300 parts/week. With the objective of industrializing manufacturing and finishing processes to meet aeronautical standards.

Now working independently, I am able to support projects from the development of the specifications to the launch of the final production, providing a panel of reliable suppliers available for all manufacturing processes.

For any occasional support in the design office (CAD), I can adapt to your time and budget constraints with a mindset that anticipates future issues.

I also work on value chains to improve productivity, increase quality, or simply conduct an audit to identify potential bottlenecks. With the creation and implementation of tools adapted to your needs (Lean, Quality Management).

Mobile and with a vehicle, possibility to provide workstations and licenses, I am committed to supporting all companies, regardless of the region.

Implementation of machine park management methods (25) and operator management. Development of expertise in silicone part production by casting. Structural organization enabling the production of certified parts and airworthy parts at various criticality levels. Operation of surveys on production and assembly lines using scanners for dimensional and tool wear checks. Study on the impact of the environment on materials and finishing processes for the development of new products for industrial markets. Preventive and heavy maintenance monitoring for the maintenance of production tools.

Responsible for Reverse Engineering of automotive spare parts, from customer submission to vehicle validation. Management of the machine park (5) and the finishing workshop with one technician. Improvement of work tools to follow growth: Support and beta testing of machine management modules (Smartfarm Handddle) for managing the machine environment, standardization of manufacturing methods and raw material management software (traceability)/production planning (traceability of external disruptions). Implementation of an ERP for order processing (From website extraction to shipping).

Functional analysis and establishment of technical solutions according to specifications.
