Coming from a technical background (DUT Mechanical Engineering and Production, completed by a degree in engineering specializing in machining), I completed a work-study year at Armada Racing as a developer of specific parts.
I then joined a young company specializing in the production of small and medium-batch spare parts, which I supported throughout its growth. Multiplying the machine park by 5 and annual production by 7, by integrating and supervising 4 full-time employees.
After structuring everything, I decided to refocus on my field, which is the structuring and improvement of quality in value chains.
