About Léo

With a technical background (DUT Mechanical Engineering and Production, completed by a degree in Engineering specializing in Machining), I spent a year in a work-study program at Armada Racing as a developer of specific parts.

I then joined a young company specializing in the production of spare parts through small and medium-scale additive manufacturing, which I supported throughout its growth. Multiplying the machine park by 5 and annual production by 7, by integrating and supervising 4 full-time employees.

After structuring everything, I decided to refocus on my area, which is the structuring and quality improvement of value chains.

I draw on past experiences both on the workshop floor in large groups and at the board of VSEs/SMEs. I know how to consider and listen to the specificities of each element that animates a company, and provide advice and follow-up to improve productivity in correlation with quality of work life.

Supported by manufacturing partners in all processes, I can be your point of contact to bring your ideas to life.

With a background in Mechanical and Production Engineering, I learned the rigor of performance on high-end vehicles, where quality and reliability are not optional.

Then, to increase my production experience, I joined the growth of a start-up, having to manage the operational side of the machines and the design/reverse engineering of automotive spare parts.

Then taking on a role in developing production tools with the supervision of 3 people. Moving from a production of 30 parts/week to a production of 300 parts/week. With the objective of industrializing manufacturing and finishing processes to meet aeronautical standards.

Now working independently, I am able to support projects from the development of the specifications to the launch of the final production, providing a panel of reliable suppliers available for all manufacturing processes.

For any occasional support in the design office (CAD), I can adapt to your time and budget constraints with a mindset that anticipates future issues.

I also work on value chains to improve productivity, increase quality, or simply conduct an audit to identify potential bottlenecks. With the creation and implementation of tools adapted to your needs (Lean, Quality Management).

Mobile and with a vehicle, possibility to provide workstations and licenses, I am committed to supporting all companies, regardless of the region.
