- Support projects throughout their lifecycle to meet the various milestones contained in the Covéa plan for different major releases

- Secure major releases by implementing:

o Backward plans allowing tracking of COVEA milestones and brand milestones, with the organization and facilitation of various meetings to help projects included in a major release anticipate and meet these milestones

o Committee meetings on environment availability, connection chains, impact and dependency studies well before development begins, to help projects gather maximum information on projects from impacted teams to serve as a reference throughout the project

o Production acceptance meetings (TAP) to validate all installation phases, technical and functional validations on the Pre-production environment to secure and facilitate production deployment

- Plan and facilitate various project presentation meetings to different teams (Operations, User Support, environments, deployment coordinators, DBAs, etc…)

- Improve the process for preparing the upstream phase of production deployment

- Review major releases

- Manage continuous improvement initiatives following the review

- Track risks and participate in implementing security measures

- Participate in the CAB

• Manage subscriptions for various transport products such as annual Navigo, monthly/weekly Navigo, Navigo Liberté, Solidarity Transport Pass, customer compensation, and other projects within its scope, etc.

• Manage the transition of COMUTITRES GIE as a subsidiary of Île-de-France Mobilité. To achieve this objective, GIE has Front and Back teams organized into ASSETS that manage various projects with service providers for development, cross-functional testing, and production deployments, while DevOps and operations are managed by internal teams. As Release Manager, I am responsible for releases for:

• Implementation of the roadmap and release schedule

• Organization and facilitation of various meetings

• Weekly meeting with Product Owners (POs) for release monitoring and reporting alerts/risks to management, and risk tracking.

• Anomaly tracking and arbitration meeting

• Release monitoring with the end-to-end testing team

• Weekly release monitoring with service managers for reporting alerts, risks, and arbitration

• Preparation of on-call duty for production deployment

• Cross-functional management: In this cross-functional role, I work with all teams involved in projects to successfully manage releases. I also participate in the preparation and organization of Production Deployment (monitoring deployments and tests in Pre-production), review of the schedule, and participation in the deployment. I also participate in weekly IT, CAB, E-CAB steering committee meetings and project steering committees for various teams. In this cross-functional role, I also act as a facilitator between the different teams involved in release projects (DevOps, Operations, development providers, cross-functional testing, and end-to-end testing) and I make arbitration decisions within my scope of action.

This mission takes place in an international e-commerce context with various webshops for different countries and with different offshore teams. In this mission, my role is to coordinate the different teams working on the Hybris upgrade project, work on improving performance tests, and also coordinate the product and category cleanup project. Various meetings are set up for project monitoring, including daily meetings, GO/NO GO meetings, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and other ad-hoc meetings:

• Planning implementation

• Milestone tracking and adherence

• Securing of different phases

• Monitoring of the development phase for migration

• Participation in performance test improvement with the implementation of new test scenarios

• Monitoring of impact analysis of new components on security
