My core business covers:

Legal Audits(buy-side and vendor due diligence) to secure mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate law in its entirety: incorporation, fundraising (Seed, Series A), share sales, business sales, and partial asset contributions. I notably represented the lead funds in Mendo's €8M Series A fundraising, by managing the legal structuring, negotiation of shareholders' agreements, and term sheet.

In parallel, I work inCommercial Lawfor drafting and negotiating contracts (partnerships, service agreements, distribution), as well as for developing General Terms and Conditions tailored to each business sector.

My support also includes routine company formalities: approval of accounts, statutory modifications, change of directors, or the issuance of BSPCE or BSA Air.

My goal? To anticipate risks, streamline operations, and allow my clients to focus on their growth.
