My work is based on twelve years of operational management experience in the tech environment (SaaS) and upscale hospitality. As Director and Team Lead, I was responsible for strategic restructurings and post-merger integrations, leading teams of up to eleven people. This experience ensures sparring at eye level. I understand your language and know the challenges of your responsibility from my own practice.
