As the central project manager, I was responsible for the Campus Festival Tour 2026 for GIZEH Smoking Accessories, a brand activation across seven festivals throughout Germany. My role encompassed 360-degree project management: logistics planning, hotel bookings for the entire team, vehicle planning, goods delivery to festival sites, promoter briefings, shift schedules, and the coordination of a promoter team of over 15 people. I was personally on-site at key locations, acting as a point of contact and operationally involved in the setup. When a festival location was canceled at short notice, I organized a replacement event within 24 hours through my network. The activation was complemented by a Polaroid activation with customized prints, which created a strong social media moment.
