Commercial Advisor (internship), ADECCO TRAINING, Paris La Défense, France Support for the creation of Apprenticeship Training Centers (funding model, partnerships), business development (prospecting, proposals, presentations) and deployment of a prospecting chatbot. Results: 18 client appointments and contribution to the creation of an Apprenticeship Training Center.

Management of engineer recruitment (sourcing, interviews, contracts), onboarding follow-up, B2B prospecting and participation in the drafting of technical-commercial proposals and financial steering meetings (aeronautics, defense, rail). Results: 7 recruitments and opening of an aeronautical client account.
