About Leonel

Recruitment consultant for 8 years, I learned recruitment in London in a large recruitment firm where I learned English professionalism with pure headhunting. I learned what it is to achieve my goals regardless of the deadline or the means available.
Returning to France, I ended up specializing in more technical and specific professions (Engineering, Construction, Finance).

Born in Lisbon and always attracted to the international, I had the opportunity after 2 years to return to an IT-specialized recruitment firm where I had the chance to continue working in this specific sector but with a more strategic vision of recruitment.

With these experiences, I realized that the costs were too high for certain structures, not to mention the poor results. For this reason, I decided to start a business and launch Huntzen to transform the world of recruitment by bringing my vision to it.

And of course, not forgetting the retention of your talents while having a real CSR impact.
