During my 12-week internship at IMCA Provence (March 30 - June 19, 2026), I developed automation solutions in Google Apps Script for a structure that had been managing everything manually until then.

My first main task was to build a complete application tracking pipeline: I developed a script that automatically retrieves CSV exports received by email, parses them character by character to handle complex cases, generates a formatted Word document from a template by replacing tags with candidate data (including ID photo), uploads everything to the company's shared Drive, and updates a Google Sheets tracking sheet, all without any human intervention.

My second task was to take over and improve a scheduling management script: from a central spreadsheet, I created a system that generates and maintains 16 read-only individual Google Calendar calendars for interns, synchronizes modifications, deletes canceled events, and calculates hourly volume statistics with automatic absence detection by color coding.

In parallel, I provided WordPress maintenance for IMCA's website: audit and cleanup of about thirty plugins, visual harmonization, page restructuring, and mobile adaptation.

In my second year of BUT, my team and I led the FoxCorrector project: a Python application for automatic correction of student Bash scripts, with plagiarism detection, secure execution via Docker, and a CustomTkinter interface. This project allowed me to develop skills in full-stack application development, Agile project management (Scrum, sprints on Notion), and collaborative teamwork in a team of five developers.
