- Design of components and devices in SolidWorks.

- On-site support.

- Site surveys and assessments.

- Heating ramp calculations, burner sizing, and boiler upgrades.

- Inspection of modified and converted vehicles, as well as equipment used to transport hazardous materials (ADR).

- Technical lead responsible for supervising and managing the technical team during the inspection process.

- Preparation of technical reports covering mechanical aspects, such as internal and external equipment inspections, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), visual weld inspections, and liquid penetrant testing.

- Decision-making regarding service workflows; monitoring the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to occupational health and safety regulations.

- Direct client interaction: receiving and evaluating documentation to initiate inspections, addressing inquiries throughout the process, and providing post-service support.

- Active participation in audits, presenting the internal quality system and demonstrating compliance with standards.

- Oversight of maintenance and refurbishment for heavy vehicles, trailers, and tanker semi-trailers.

- Management of post-accident restoration, capacity upgrades, and compartment configuration changes (adding or removing compartments).

- Support for regulatory and legal compliance in executed projects.

- Preparation of technical reports and data books for modifications and refurbishments.

- Preparation of mechanical engineering reports, including internal/external equipment inspections, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), visual weld inspections, and liquid penetrant testing.

- Development of SolidWorks designs to support production operations.
