The Manager – Fullstack Development (SaaS Monorepo)

Design and full development of a multi-country SaaS inventory management platform, designed for resellers (sneakers, Pokémon cards, collectibles…) with advanced role management, payment automation, and community integration.

✅ Objective:

Create a turnkey SaaS to automate stock, role, and payment management, while reducing costs by eliminating reliance on third-party platforms like Whop.

📈 Results:

- 530 active users from the 1st month

- Simultaneous deployment in France & Germany with custom domains

- Elimination of Whop fees through complete automation of billing and access

- Delivery in 1.5 months with a scalable architecture ready for evolution

🔨 What I implemented:

- Scalable monorepo architecture with Turborepo and modular packages (UI, auth, email, DB, payment, etc.)

- Frontend: Next.js 15 (App Router), React 19, Tailwind CSS 4, FR/EN/ES internationalization via next-intl

- Backend API: Hono.js, typing with Zod, PostgreSQL via Prisma

- Advanced authentication with Better Auth (magic link + mandatory Discord), dynamic roles managed server-side and Discord

- Multi-account/multi-currency Stripe payments with role synchronization, customer portal, and automated webhooks

- Transactional email with Resend: magic link, notifications, React Email templates

- Multi-domain and localization management by subdomain: app.leklan.io, app.krave.club, theklan.es
